AI agents that

answer every call

We build voice and chat agents around the way your business actually runs, wire them into your phone system, CRM and calendar, and keep them running in production.

Not another platform subscription. An engineering team that ships the agent, owns how it behaves, and picks up the phone when something breaks.

One message and we reply within one business day. No forms, no phone tag.

Under a second

Agents

Six kinds of agent. Built for your job, not off a template.

We start with one process that either makes money or eats your team’s day. When that one works, we add the next.

01

Inbound voice agent

Picks up every call, including the 2 a.m. one and the five that land at the same time. Answers questions, books the appointment, reschedules, cancels, fills the waitlist.

  • Answers on the first ring. No hold music, no queue, no voicemail.
  • Writes to your calendar and CRM while the caller is still on the line.
  • Handles accents and switches language mid-conversation.
  • Passes the call to a person when the caller is upset or the question is off-script.
  • Leaves a transcript, a summary and the next step in your CRM when it hangs up.
02

Outbound voice agent

Works your list. Calls new leads before they cool off, confirms appointments, wins back the customers who went quiet.

  • Calls a new lead inside 60 seconds, while they are still thinking about you.
  • Confirms appointments and cuts no-shows.
  • Reactivates a dormant list: thousands of contacts in an evening.
  • Respects calling rules: hours, frequency, do-not-call, instant opt-out.
  • Warm-transfers a hot lead to your rep mid-call.
03

Chat agent, every channel

Website, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, email. One agent, one memory of the customer, no matter where they show up.

  • Replies instantly, in the customer's language.
  • Takes them from question to booking or checkout, not to a contact form.
  • Remembers the thread when they come back a week later in a different channel.
  • Picks up where the voice agent left off.
04

Knowledge and support agent

Answers from your documents, not from whatever the model read on the internet.

  • We build the knowledge base from your policies, pricing, contracts and past tickets.
  • Cites the source so any answer can be checked.
  • Says it does not know and gets a human, instead of inventing something.
  • Clears first-line support and gives your team back their afternoon.
05

Operations agent

Never talks to a customer. Works inside the company and kills the copy-paste between systems.

  • Creates records, updates statuses, assembles reports.
  • Connects systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
  • Runs approvals and chases whoever is holding things up.
  • Fires on a schedule or on an event, with no person in the loop.
06

Document agent

Reads what people on your team read today: invoices, applications, contracts, charts, resumes.

  • Pulls the fields you need and drops them into your system.
  • Cross-checks against your data and flags what does not line up.
  • Sends the edge cases to a human instead of guessing.
  • Handles the volume you were never going to hire for.
Who it fits

Same engineering, different scale

For growing businesses

You are losing money on missed calls and slow replies. You need something working this month, not a program that lands next year.

  • One agent on the process that costs you the most
  • Live in three to four weeks
  • Built into the tools you already pay for, nothing gets ripped out
  • Then we add the next process, one at a time

For enterprise

You have security review, legacy integrations, and people who have to sign off before anything ships.

  • Pilot on one team with baseline metrics, then roll out
  • Deploy in your cloud or inside your perimeter
  • SSO, role-based access, full audit log of every agent action
  • Your architect and ours in the same channel, no account manager in between

Industries

Where the phone call is the revenue

Businesses where a missed call is a lost customer, and where the front desk is already at capacity.

Healthcare and dental

Scheduling, reschedules, reminders, insurance questions. Nothing gets missed over lunch or after close.

Home services

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing. After-hours emergencies, job intake, dispatch to the right crew.

Real estate

Replies to a new inquiry in under a minute, qualifies the buyer, books the showing, keeps the deal moving.

Law firms

First contact, screening out the cases you do not take, collecting the facts before an attorney spends an hour.

E-commerce and retail

Where is my order, returns, exchanges, product questions, abandoned carts brought back.

Financial services

Applications, claim status, documents, reminders. Every action logged, every permission scoped.

Process

We listen to your calls before we write any code

Clear stages, something to look at after each one, and an honest answer at the end of stage one about whether this is worth doing at all.

01

We listen

We go through your real calls and threads and find where the customer slips away and what that costs. We promise nothing before this.

02

We build

Scripts written for your process, not pulled off a template. Phone system, CRM, calendar and knowledge base wired in.

03

We try to break it

Hundreds of real scenarios: rude callers, background noise, heavy accents, people deliberately messing with it. Fixed before a customer hears it.

04

We launch in slices

Part of the traffic first, or nights only. We watch the numbers against your team's. We widen it when the math holds.

05

We run it

We listen to calls, tune, add scenarios. You get recordings, transcripts and a dashboard. The agent is better in six months than on day one.

Engineering

The agent is the tip. Underneath it is ordinary heavy engineering.

We were building payment systems, data warehouses and high-traffic platforms long before we built agents. That is why the agent does not fall over in week three, or when your volume grows tenfold. Take one piece or the whole product.

01

Software development

Architecture designed for load and growth, instead of whatever holds together until launch day.

  • Backend, frontend, web and mobile apps, portals and customer accounts.
  • API-first, microservices, event-driven, built to survive a bad day.
  • Integrations with payments, CRM, ERP, billing, banking and vertical APIs.
  • Legacy taken apart and moved to a living stack without stopping the business.
02

Data and ETL

We pull data out of everywhere it hides, clean it up, and turn it into numbers you can make a decision on.

  • ETL and ELT pipelines: collection, cleanup, normalization, loading from dozens of sources.
  • Warehouses and lakes on Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, with marts built for real questions.
  • Streaming on Kafka for real time, batch for the heavy volume.
  • Orchestration in Airflow or Dagster, transformations in dbt, logic under version control.
  • Data quality as a first-class citizen: completeness, consistency, lineage, tests inside the pipeline.
  • Data prepared for AI. Skip this and your agent answers beautifully and wrongly.
03

Analytics and BI

One report people trust, instead of five spreadsheets that disagree with each other.

  • Dashboards and metrics in Looker, Power BI, Tableau or Metabase.
  • A single metric layer, so sales and finance stop arguing about whose number is right.
  • Reporting that runs itself instead of a manual export every Monday morning.
  • Event tracking and product analytics.
04

Highload and mission-critical

Systems that are not allowed to go down: payments, trading, fintech, critical infrastructure.

  • Horizontal scale: load balancing, caching, queues, sharding.
  • Fault tolerance: replication, redundancy, no single point of failure, automatic recovery.
  • 99.9%+ uptime, zero-downtime deploys, graceful degradation instead of a hard fall.
  • Load testing and headroom calculated before go-live, not after the first outage.
  • Observability: metrics, tracing, alerts. We see the problem before your customer does.
05

Cloud, DevOps and infrastructure

We make releases boring. Boring is the goal.

  • AWS, GCP, Azure: design, migrations, resilient environments.
  • CI/CD, infrastructure as code in Terraform, containers and Kubernetes.
  • Monitoring, logging and alerting, so you know before it breaks.
  • SRE practice, backups, and a recovery plan that has actually been rehearsed.
  • Cloud cost work. Usually the first thing that pays for us.
06

Testing and quality

Automated tests in the pipeline instead of a heroic manual pass the night before release.

  • Unit, integration, end-to-end, load and regression testing.
  • Agent testing: hundreds of conversation scenarios, including rude callers, noise and deliberate abuse.
  • Answer-quality evaluation on live data, not on the three demo questions that always work.
Design

A product starts with how it gets used

We design interfaces people can figure out on their own, and we carry them into production without losing anything on the way. What ships matches the file.

  • Research and design: journeys, user flows, prototypes, testing with actual humans.
  • Visual language, design system, reusable components, responsive down to a phone.
  • Dense interfaces: admin panels, dashboards, analytics, where there is a lot of data and a lot to do.
  • WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility. In the US that is not a nice-to-have, that is a lawsuit. We close it properly.
Audit

An outside read, when the decision is expensive

We look at your system the way strangers would, and find the bottlenecks, the risks and the money left on the table. You get a document with priorities and numbers, not a page of general advice.

Technical audit

Architecture, code, infrastructure, engineering process. Technical debt sized, with a plan to pay it down.

Technical due diligence

For funds and acquirers: what was actually built, before you sign. Code, team, risk, and the real cost of getting it to standard.

AI readiness

A straight answer on whether your data and processes are ready for AI, and where to start. Often the answer is to fix the data first, and we will say so.

Technology strategy

What to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

Expertise

We work where mistakes are expensive

Domains that demand accuracy, uptime and security, and where this team has done it before rather than read about it.

Fintech and payments

Payment and ledger systems where accuracy, speed and reconciliation to the cent are the whole job.

Artificial intelligence

Agents, assistants, models, and AI built into the business logic rather than bolted beside it.

Big data

Data engineering, ETL, warehouses and analytics at volumes where the usual approach falls apart.

Healthcare

Working with health data, HIPAA, and integrations with the clinical systems already in the building.

Blockchain

Smart contracts, distributed ledgers, Web3 systems.

Cloud and infrastructure

Servers, networks, migrations and environments designed to keep running when a piece of them does not.

Trust

A voice agent is a legal exposure too. We close it.

In the US the liability for that call sits with you, not with the vendor. So we build the rules into the architecture instead of writing them into a policy the week before launch.

  • The agent identifies itself as AI wherever the law requires it.
  • Call recording with consent, handled correctly in two-party consent states.
  • Calling rules enforced: hours, frequency, do-not-call, instant opt-out.
  • Health and personal data handled under HIPAA, with a signed BAA.
  • Encryption, scoped access, and an audit log of every action an agent takes.
  • Your data does not get used to train anyone's model.
  • The agent does not decide alone: money, cancellations and edge cases go to a person.
The difference

Anyone can stand up an agent in an evening. Week two is where it gets hard.

A demo and production are different animals

The polished agent breaks on a real call: a job site in the background, a heavy accent, three questions in one sentence, a caller who hangs up and immediately calls again. That gap is the work.

An agent with no integration is a toy

The value shows up when it writes into your CRM and your calendar. That is not configuration, that is software development.

Someone has to be accountable

Not a support queue with a 12-hour SLA. A team that knows your process and ships the fix the same day.

No lock-in

The scripts, prompts, integrations and data are yours. If you leave, you take all of it with you.

FAQ

The questions we get on the first call

What does it cost?

It depends on the process and your call volume. We price it on the first call, once we have seen your numbers. It usually pays for itself on recovered calls before it ever pays for itself on payroll.

How long until it is live?

Three to four weeks for a first working agent. Complex integrations and enterprise security review take longer, and we will tell you that up front instead of at week six.

Will customers know they are talking to a bot?

Some will, and that is fine. We do not impersonate a person. Where it matters, the agent says plainly that it is AI. People are relaxed about it when their problem gets solved quickly.

What happens when the agent cannot handle it?

It hands off to a person. We define in advance exactly when it has to do that, and you can add your own rules.

Do we have to switch phone systems or CRM?

No. We build into what you already run. If the system is old and has no API, we write the integration ourselves.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. It is not used to train models. If you need it inside your own environment, we deploy it there.

We tried this already and it went badly. Why would this be different?

What usually breaks is not the model. It is everything around it: integrations, what happens when the call drops, the handoff to a human, error handling. That is the side we come in from.

Do you only do agents?

No. Agents are the front door. Behind it we do full-cycle engineering: software, data platforms, cloud, security and analytics. Plenty of clients start with one agent and keep us for the rest.
